Experience reflects that many applications can be satisfied using one of these basic machines, and tailoring it slightly to meet the specific operating requirements. However, to give you some example as to the number of solutions available using the E-Crane® design concept, there are machines currently in operation which range in capacity from a small 4 Mtons (4.5 UStons) to as large as 45 Mtons (50 UStons) with outreaches up to 48m (157ft). While still other machines have even been built to have multiple capacities depending on how high, how low, and how far out the load needs to be handled. The possibilities are endless!

The equilibrium crane, more easily referred to as the E-Crane®, is a truly revolutionary and multifunctional crane for heavy-duty material handling applications. Designed for bulk material handling, storage, process feeding at ports, harbors, scrap-processing facilities, any where high production handling of bulk materials is required, the E-Crane® is especially well suited for heavy-duty production cycles and difficult working conditions. The E-Crane® features an unprecedented reach of up to 50m (164ft), lifting capacities of over 50 Mtons, push down force equal to 50% of the rated capacity, and significantly reduced power consumption and operating costs.

Installing and servicing E-Cranes in a safe and efficient way is second nature for ECI-USA engineers and this has contributed to ECI’s steady growth in a highly competitive marketplace !
